Femme Fit is a comprehensive home-based fitness plan that is designed to take you on a journey of progress and challenge. The program is structured in a three-phase cycle, each culminating in a challenge workout that tests your progress. This will help you find where your limits are and push them into new territory. The three main workouts in the program are designed to help you build strength and muscle tone, improve cardiovascular fitness, and strengthen your core muscles. The program includes 2 workouts of either Endurance Training, HIIT, Core & Mobility. These workouts will help you improve your overall fitness, endurance, and flexibility.

Nutrition Plan and Supplement Recommendations

Femme Fit is not just a workout program, it also includes a custom meal plan that is tailored to your specific needs. We understand that nutrition plays a crucial role in achieving your fitness goals and that's why we provide a meal plan that is designed for your macro count according to your height, weight, age, body type and overall goals.
