I have completed my MBA and have been working in the field of engineering for last 18 years. In all that time, I believe that there are 2 things that truly define me: I am an animal lover ( I have been a paw-parent like forever). And I am a health freak.

I have been gyming for the last 18 years and I can’t list reasons enough how it has kept me motivated, energetic, and happy.
Earlier my fitness regime revolved a lot around workouts.
People generally try and hit the gym 4-5 days a week and I would try and hit the gym twice a day at least twice a week 😉 and weekends were for even longer workouts.

Well, I won’t complain as it was working well for me.

Then the LOCKDOWN happened, and it changed everything that was normal.

Cutting the story short, when I next weighed myself 4 -5 months after the lockdown began, I was pleasantly surprised that I hadn’t gained much, I had put on 2.5 kgs. In retrospect, I figured that I was actually “Eating Healthy”. Oh yes, just like the whole world I too tried my culinary skills at baking and at frying and not to forget making dalgona coffees but I guess I had my meals/ portion size unconsciously in check.

Around the same time, I came across FitCru - a platform that was trying to educate people that being healthy and being fit is actually quite simple. FitCru focuses on meals/ nutrition and that resonated with me. I instantly signed up with FitCru as a member and now I have moved on to being a coach to pursue my passion and to create awareness that strict diets and crazy workouts aren’t needed to achieve our ideal body. Alisha has been my mentor and I am learning something new from her experience and knowledge daily.

As for me I still love gyming but now just 5 days a week and I wish to do so for as long as I am!

Cheers!
