Background:"Nishita Gala is a 30-year-old mother of two from Mumbai. She holds a post-graduate degree in Commerce and works as a pre-school teacher. Nishita was once plump and chubby, and after two normal deliveries, she thought she would never be able to make a healthy change in her life, let alone in others.
