Basic Training Guidance
We have designed a program that offers a different workout each day of the week. Our program will include a combination of yoga to build core strength, Vinyasa flow, Sculpt full body power flow, Happy backbends, Release hips and hamstrings, and many other dynamic and challenging workouts.
Our dynamic form of yoga will tone all your muscles and enhance your metabolism, uplifting your energy levels to another level. This program will also heighten your emotional and spiritual well-being, touching all the way to your core.

Nutrition Plan and Supplement Recommendations
Our program is not just about physical exercise, it also includes a custom meal plan tailored to your specific needs, as well as an alcohol guide.
We understand that nutrition plays a crucial role in achieving your fitness goals and that's why we provide a meal plan that is designed for your macro count according to your height, weight, age, body type, and overall goals. Our team of expert nutritionists will create a meal plan that takes into account any allergies or preferences you may have, such as gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegetarian options.

MEET THE COACH
This is Shivali. l am an ex Retailer turned professional Yoga Educator. I started my journey in 2019 and since then have been continuously teaching students all over the world. I like traveling, reading, and acquiring new skills.
I came into yoga looking for ways to deal with the pressures that a corporate lifestyle can bring, yoga became the pathway for self discovery, giving me a sense of contentment as well as making me holistically fitter.
I find immense joy and inspiration in seeing students discover their own personal yoga journey and hope to nurture them along the way. My teaching style is energetic and light hearted hoping to encourage students to give their best and follow the path of yoga even outside the mat.
I did my first certification from The Yoga Institute in July 2019. After that, I did my Level 1 and Level 2 Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher training from Indea Yoga, Mysore, Followed by Aerial yoga & Pre-Natal yoga training.
