Basic Training Guidance
This Plan includes a variety of workouts to help individuals build muscle and achieve a lean and toned physique. The plan includes strength training, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) and flexibility workouts. The workouts are designed for both beginner and intermediate levels and can be performed at home.
For the home workouts, you will need a bench or something similar and sturdy, like a chair, piano seat, or stairs. Some exercises in the plan require resistance, so it's recommended to invest in resistance bands, dumbbells, or a pull-up bar to perform the exercises effectively. With these equipment, you can perform exercises targeting different muscle groups and achieve your fitness goals.

Nutrition Plan and Supplement Recommendations
