Our nutrition plans are designed specifically for people with kidney disease. We take into account your unique dietary needs and preferences, and provide a variety of meal options that are both nutritious and delicious. All of our meal plans are designed keeping in mind your kidney health.

We focus on exercises that are low impact and easy on the joints, while still providing a challenge. All workouts can be modified to fit your fitness level, and can be done at home or in a gym. We also include stretching and flexibility exercises to help improve range of motion and reduce stiffness.

Prateek Kumar, Creator Of FITCRU KIDNEY CARE & SUPPORT PROGRAM
Prateek Kumar is the founder of FitCru, a platform dedicated to simplifying fitness and nutrition for people who may not have the time or resources to dedicate a lot of effort towards their health and wellness. Prateek received his education in exercise physiology from NASM, the basics of nutrition from Stanford Edu, and completed further education in sports nutrition from Precise Nutrition.
Prateek's passion for fitness and nutrition led him to start FitCru, where he curates workout programs with a nutritional approach. Over the past three years, he has helped clients all over the world achieve their health and aesthetic goals. His main focus is on helping women in their 30s attain a toned physique without strict workout regimens or restrictive diets.
Prateek's goal is to make fitness plans that are stress-free, uncomplicated, evidence-based, and inclusive, while also helping clients build a healthy relationship with food. He believes that healthy living is a lifestyle, not a quick fix, and that diet is an integral part of it.

The FitCru KIDNEY CARE PROGRAM is a comprehensive 3-month (90 days) program designed to address a spectrum of kidney problems, from chronic conditions like Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) to acute issues such as kidney stones and infections. It focuses on personalized solutions, early detection strategies, and an integrative team approach to improve overall kidney health.
The kidneys play a vital role in detoxification, blood pressure regulation, and temperature control. Unlike some organs, they may not manifest noticeable symptoms of compromise until it reaches an advanced stage. Proactive and attentive care is crucial to ensure optimal kidney functioning.
The program offers benefits such as access to an integrative team specializing in renal care, improvement of kidney parameters, application of the four pillars of health (balanced nutrition, adequate exercise, quality sleep, and emotional well-being), customized food plans, consistent reporting and updates, and an exclusive webinar with Luke discussing specific disorders.
The program addresses compromised kidney function by diagnosing the root cause, creating a personalized holistic program, managing symptoms, and handling side effects of conventional treatment to improve the quality of life and increase lifespan.
Participants are advised to limit sodium intake, control protein intake based on individual needs, monitor phosphorus and potassium levels, stay hydrated, choose heart-healthy fats, and manage blood sugar, especially for those with diabetes.
The program recommends engaging in moderate-intensity aerobic exercise, strength training exercises two to three times per week, and flexibility and balance exercises. It also includes medical assessments, dietary consultations, and fitness assessments.
