In this plan , depending in the kind of coach you select you will get constant 2-way access to your coach.
This coach will create an exercise and/or nutrtion program for you, or select one out of there many exercise programs we have built in our database and customise it to your requirement.

Can I select more than one coach?
Yes, at fitcru, you can select a fitness coach to give you any kind of workout programs , and nutritional guidance to help you get closer to your physical fitness goals. If you’re diagnosed with any medical ailment then we recommended taking a combination of fitness coach’s and diet coaches. If you’re facing any mental health isssues, then just like fitness or diet coaches , you can also select a mental health coach to help you overcome issues and reach holistic fitness.
Is my data safe and secure?

Yes, we are a client centric company. We store your data and share it only with you and your coach.

Your coaches have signed an NDA and a contact to ensure they do not share any personal information on social media or anywhere else , without your written Consent.

Can I select only dietician or mental health coaching?
Yes, you can select one , two or any number of coaches as needed. A coach is a skilled professional who will help you with the right tools to make the right choices in life and get you closer to your goals.
How does this work?

Step 1. Select the type of coach, the specialisation or skill set you’re looking for ,and then find the coach who fits your criteria.
Step 2. Then you select the duration you want to work with the coach
Step 3. Fill up a health questionnaire after the purchase of the plan.
Select a date and time of your first consultation with your coach.
Once your coach consult calm is done, you coach will have all the information required about your dietary preferences and allergies , workout preferences , life commitments, work commitments etc.
Step 4. your coaches will create a program for you which is sustainable and easily executable for you.

How to select a coach?

Based on your requirements, budget, choice of experienced coaches and location you can search any coach you want from our elite roster.
You can select any number of coaches from different categories to form and structure your fitness journey.

What if I don’t like my coach?
We are a client centric company and believe our clients need to be completely satisfied. If you’re unhappy with the plan we offer a 15 day money back Guarentee. We grow on our testimonials and referrals. We would want you to be happy with our support.
Can I change my coach?

Yes once you start you can change your coach within 15. Days, from any coach in the same category or you can upgrade to a higher category, more experienced coach.

Data from your consult call is recorded and shared with the new coach only once you change the coach.

Why are there different categories of coaches?
Based on their experience and qualifications our coaches have been placed in a specific slab. Our goal is to make all the best coaches in the world available for you. You can choose any coach based on your preferences.
I have medical conditions? Will my diet and workout be designed accordingly?
Yes with our nutrition coaches / dietician’s you can get the best and the most sound diet plans for you. They will be convenient and easy to manage. Our coaches are qualified to prescribe the right supplementation if You’re willing or require to consume.
Are there any side effects to the diet and supplements?
Our coaches are completely qualified and competent to prescribe supplementation. You can even book blood tests and have the results shared with your coaches.
Do I have to consume the supplements suggested by the coaches?
It’s absolutely upto you. They will simply suggest what as per their education and experience seems apt for you.
What is nutrition coaching for?

Nutrition coaching allows clients to get weekly menus, and habit coaching. It will make deciding what’s to eat and when to eat extremely easy. Our menus have the exact portions that you need to consume.
Not only do we work on your food habits with a simple and sustainable meal plan but we also equip you to get independent to choose better foods and get healthier by teaching you how to-
eating slowly and mindfully:

As many times as you need to. Our coaches will only recommend what’s best for you. We all have food aversions and we will try to give you the best alternative.
How many coaches can I add to my cru?
As many as you require.
Can the diet help me with my medical condition?

We will provide you with a nutrition plan which will provide your body with all the macro nutrients, micro nutrients , phytonutrients, myconutrients and zoo nutrients . We will also guide you on the amount of water or supplements you require.

Our clinical nutritionist will help you with the right nutritional plan to help you deal with other ailments.

Can I pause my plan?
Yes, our 3 month members can pause once and 6 month members can pause multiple times.
I am vegetarian will my meal plan be tailored as per that diet?
