Before becoming a coach, I worked as an engineer in a power plant and led a construction company. Even working from 5 am to midnight many days of the week, I wanted to keep fitness a top priority. What's the point of being successful and looking ugly, right? I forced myself to plan my days ahead and incorporate health and wellness into my lifestyle daily. Whether that be walking to a farther bus stop to get extra steps in or planning my meals in advance, I invented creative ways to still reach my goals even with limited time.
