The workouts require mainly dumbbells, but you can use resistance bands to increase intensity. Some of our exercises can be performed with bodyweight alone.

For a fair idea, you should be able to perform one or two additional reps after finishing sets with the stated weight. Also bear in mind to not sacrifice form in attempts to increase weight.
